Terms of use
These terms apply when you use the DocIn app or docin.co.in ("DocIn"), owned by Sheshadri C, Bengaluru, India. By using DocIn you agree to them.
1. What DocIn does
DocIn lists clinics and shows whether their doctors are available, based on updates made by the clinics and doctors themselves. DocIn is free for patients and for clinics. We do not provide medical services, book appointments, or take payment for consultations. You pay the clinic directly.
2. Status information
Statuses can be wrong or out of date: a doctor may leave after the last update, or a clinic may forget to update. DocIn shows when each status was last updated and marks old updates as "Not updated". If it matters, call the clinic before you go. We are not responsible for a wasted trip, a wait, or a clinic's services.
3. For clinics and doctors
- Only list a clinic you own or are authorised to manage, and only add doctors who agree to be listed.
- Keep details and statuses honest and up to date. Do not mark a doctor as in when they are not.
- Share your clinic's join code only with your own doctors and staff.
- We may verify, edit, hide or remove a listing that seems false, misleading or unauthorised, or after repeated complaints.
- DocIn does not rank doctors by payment and does not take commission from consultations.
4. Your account
You can browse without an account. If you sign in, keep access to your email secure; you are responsible for activity on your account. You can delete your account at any time (see Delete your account).
5. Fair use
Don't misuse DocIn: no false reports, no copying our data in bulk, no attempts to break or overload the service, and nothing illegal. We may suspend accounts that do.
6. Changes and availability
We are improving DocIn and may change or pause features. We try to keep it running but cannot promise it will always be available or error-free. Features marked "Coming soon" are not yet available.
7. Liability
DocIn is provided free and "as is". To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for decisions made using information shown in DocIn. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under Indian consumer law.
8. Law and contact
These terms are governed by the laws of India, and courts in Bengaluru, Karnataka have jurisdiction. Questions or complaints: support@docin.co.in. See also our privacy policy.
