Delete your DocIn account
How to ask
- In the app: open Profile → Delete my account. This opens an email to us with your account email filled in. Send it.
- Without the app: email support@docin.co.in from the email address you sign in with, with the subject "Delete my DocIn account".
We confirm by email and delete your account within 30 days.
What we delete
- Your account and email address
- Your name and mobile number
- Your doctor alerts, token waitlist entry and status reports
- Your membership of any clinic
What we keep
- Clinic listings you created stay, because patients rely on them. If you want a clinic removed too, say so in your email and we'll remove the clinic and its doctors, or hand it to another staff member.
- Short-term security logs kept by our hosting provider, which are deleted automatically within a few weeks.
- Anything we must keep by law.
Saved clinics are stored only on your phone. Uninstalling the app removes them.
Want to delete only some data (for example your mobile number) and keep the account? You can edit it in Profile, or email us.
